Cala Llonga Beach

Cala LLonga beach
This sheltered bay offers an ideal setting for families with young children. The crescent-shaped beach features soft sand and shallow, crystal-clear waters that gradually deepen, making it easy for little ones to paddle and play. The beach is very big so even in high season you will be able to find a spot. The sand is soft and perfect for building sandcastles and let your kids make sand monsters of you! Nearly every conceivable amenity is present, a life guard, easy access by stroller thanks to the disabled ramp, lots of family friendly restaurants serving a large variety of foods such as sushi, healthy salads, Mediterranean cuisine, Spanish tapas. In high season in the evening there’s even a little hippie market.
A fun thing to do with kids is take the Aquabus which will take you to Es Cana along the East coast. Stop in Cala Pada, a beach where it looks like time stood still and the 90ies are still very much alive! Restaurante Sa Brisa is one of our favourite restaurants for Spanish classics! Its on the beach so you can enjoy your food whilst the kids play on the beach.
